You know, I’ve really only been cooking for the past year. So this all new to me. But I think I finally getting the hang of this! This meal is not done to recipe. I just grabbed stuff from the refrigerator and added what I thought would work. Wow!
To the best of my recollection, here’s what I did:
Stir fry 1/4 cup onion with minced garlic
1 1/2 cup of boiled rice noodles
1/4 cup cut cilantro
1 diced tomato
Handful of mushrooms
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 sliced jalepeño
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
Garnish with avocado and crushed sesame seeds!
