This is almond cheese! It holds together well. The texture is more spongy than conventional cheese and it crumbles more easily. But I was curious about the taste. I was expecting a nutty almond taste. The lemon is dominant though. I like it!

This would taste great on a cracker. I’ll have to do a test on how it melts – or if it does! I will definitely put this on my short list of things to have on hand. Almond cheese is easy to make. It just takes time. Fun!
