I’m not a fan of processed food, but Wegman’s “Don’t Be Chicken” nuggets are an exception. We love these! Sometimes, I need to eat quickly so I keep a packet of these in the freezer for a quick lunch. This morning we worked out at the gym. When we got home I threw these in the oven at 425ºF for 15 minutes and served with homemade vegan kimchi (no fish sauce) and black rice. In the sweet and sour sauce, I put some wasabi sauce. Great lunch!
