The secret is in the sauce.
I used minced garlic, green onions, red pepper flakes, flax seed, sugar, tamari soy sauce, crushed sesame seeds, sesame seed oil, sugar and a little water. The video gives the details.
This is the last of my homemade tofu. So I had to get creative. I added some rice noodles with sliced baby portabellos into the stir fry. Great breakfast! My lovely wife Jen chided me for cooking with oil, but hey. Look at all that protein!
