I ordered a book from Amazon and it arrived yesterday. This is perfect! It’s got 150 recipes that look super easy. I take my lunch to the office. So the idea of dropping something in the crockpot before bed and taking a meal with me in the morning is appealing.
Last night I made a simple portion of black beans. I’m going to have some bean burritos for lunch today! Granted, you don’t need much of a recipe to make beans, but highly recommend “The Vegan Slow Cooker.” There’s the Apple Sage Sausage recipe that looks much more complex and delicious. More on that later!
