Let’s just agree to say I’ve developed a taste for this vegan delicacy! Oyster mushrooms have a great texture that works well breaded and baked. I follow this recipe and so far I’ve not been disappointed.
For the sauce, I use vegan mayo, sriracha sauce and relish whipped together. Of course this meal wouldn’t be complete without a beer. Tonight I’m drinking Corona with a slice of lime. Happy St. Patrick’s Day. The only thing green about this meal is it’s vegan!
