  1. Do you find that the foods you’re eating are enough to keep you fueled for workouts? I have the Eat to Live book, but haven’t really followed the plan because I worry about eating enough to fuel my runs and other workouts. I’ve hit a plateau with my weight and would like to lose a few more pounds and am thinking about following the Eat to Live plan to see if it helps.

  2. I do! I am always concerned about getting enough protein. I haven’t noticed any difference with my energy levels by making the switch to low calorie-high nutrient foods. Beans, lentils, tofu, broccoli are definitely on the menu. I’m not a long-distance runner though. BTW, dropping oils from my diet is whatgot me off my plateau. Good luck!
