This is an easy stir fry cooked up in our new wok! I started out with some veggie broth — instead of oil — and heated minced garlic, shallots, frozen broccoli and okra, half a can of lite coconut milk, raw cashews, Mrs. Dash’s salt substitutes, a couple squirts of Bragg’s Liquid Amino and a sprinkle of sea salt and pepper. I added some stringy mushrooms (not sure what the actual name is). After 10 minutes, everything was ready to eat!
My weight continues to go down. Oatmeal and berries for breakfast every day; a big salad with nuts and oil-free dressing for lunch every day; and a veggie stir fry for dinner. I’m finding that as my stomach shrinks, my serving sizes are going down. That’s good portion control when you can get full with less food!
