If I have time, I make the steel-cut oatmeal. It takes about 25 minutes. However, on mornings like today when I’m really too busy to even be posting to the blog, I choose the 5-minute boil of old-fashioned oatmeal. I’ve mixed in frozen fruit, nuts, berries and seeds, also two tablespoons of organic maple syrup! Too good. I plan to do a run during lunchtime. This is going to keep my body powered up!
