Today is the day! Eating right, exercising and making the right choices equals living a healthy life. I’ve had a goal for some time to get my weight below 200 pounds. I started this downhill journey in February 2013 when I became a vegan.
At that time I weighed 254 pounds.
This morning I weighed 199.1 pounds!
Tonight, dinner was a Tofurkey Beer Brat with kimchi, tofu, onions, bok choy, brown rice and homemade dill pickles…also a beer!
After work, I ran 3.38 miles adding to my personal best of 20.15 miles in a week. And the best part of that is the week isn’t over yet! Time to set a new goal! Live long. Live healthy. Live vegan.
