Oh this was a reward for a day well lived! After a good 3.32 mile run at a good pace, 31:34, I was ready for a good meal. This is a standard stir fry with onions, garlic, mushrooms and broccoli. I tossed in green onion, cilantro and chives from our garden. I did use a stir fry sauce from our local grocery story, Wegman’s and also some veggie broth. When served over brown rice, it made it taste so good!
I’m hanging in there at 200.2 pounds as of this morning!
