“How can you eat the same thing for breakfast every day?” my wife asked me this morning.
Because it tastes great! Yep, I look forward to my steel-cut oats every morning. It’s not something I’ve gotten bored of yet. It’s delicious and packed with protein. What a great way to start the day. Keeps me regular too. Can’t beat that!
