Sticking to the plan that works has worked for me so far. I enjoy my oatmeal for breakfast, salad and/or soup for lunch and a vegan stir fry for dinner. In between I snack on nuts and fruits. I try to eat a couple of oranges a day and at least one banana. Lately I’ve been lifting weights. So, I’ve added in a plant-based protein shake to give me an extra boost of 21 grams of protein a day.
For this stir fry, I used frozen asian veggies, tofu, imitation chicken, red pepper flakes and fresh peppers from our garden. I like the spice!
Look! No beer or wine!
