Okay! Tonight I loaded up a pan-load of veggies, tofu, garlic, onions and seasoning to make a spicy tofu stir fry. Of course we have a ton of homegrown peppers just waiting to be picked in the garden out back. I also added a healthy serving of Korean gochujang (hot pepper paste) to use as sauce for the peppers. I ate too much!
