I ran 10k this afternoon and fixed this awesome spicy soup for dinner! Recipe? Garlic, tofu, a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Heat for a couple of minutes. Add a box of veggie stock! 1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, some basil, some soy sauce, some jalepeño, some green belle pepper, some rice cake (from the Korean market, of course), some spinach, peanuts on top with corn tortilla chips! Easy and delicious!
