This morning’s breakfast oatmeal feature mixed fruits such as pineapple, peaches and strawberries!
To speed up my morning routine, I prepared little mason jars fulls of seeds, nuts, cinnamon, ground flaxseed and shredded coconut. How easy! Just open the jar and add it to the fruit!
I boil two cups of water and add 1/2 cup of organic steel-cut oats and simmer for 20 minutes. Then I add it to my fruits/nuts/seeds mixture.
Tastes great and it’s about 540 calories. Black coffee and ice water are my drinks of choice. Have a great Sunday!
