Soaking your oats the night before is definitely the way to go; however, time travel is not an option! I forgot. Oh well, it was still tasty. I use two cups of filtered water with a 1/2 cup of steel-cut oats. This morning I went with the mixed frozen berries again, plus cashews, walnuts, ground flaxseed, raisins, sunflower seeds, pepitas and goji berries.
Three beers last night. What did I expect? I was 200 this morning. Time to take a long run and watch my caloric intake this weekend. I’ll be back to 197!
