When I first started out cooking, I had to have a recipe there guiding me along every step of the way. These days, I just wing it. You know, it’s kind of hard to screw up! You learn what tastes good together and then it’s just a matter of how much do you add. For example, this is veggie broth, garlic, onions, green peppers, tofu, olive oil, sriracha sauce, red pepper flakes, basil, kale, rice and rice noodles, and mushrooms. I knew I was on the right track when my wife took a slurp and gave me a smile. I passed that test!
Still below 200! This morning I woke up to 199 pounds. I need to get a run in but today was cold and rainy. Maybe tomorrow. Cheers!
