      I start out with a bit of oil, minced garlic, shallots and tofu and fry that until it’s slightly browned. Then I add slices of mushroom and kimchi and cook for about eight minutes on medium heat. That’s it, really. I added roasted sesame seeds and a bit of sesame oil before serving with brown rice and broccoli! Easy and tasty!
