  1. It’s still ‘processed food,’ but HEY! No more than the real chicken that most people are eating. Looks fab. I’m not a fan of our local Whole Foods though.

    I use a product called Butler Soy Curls which is 100% whole soy bean extrusion (not isolate, which is more processed). When marinated, sauteed, or used as a filler in chili or soup, it gives ‘texture’ much like chicken. I have fooled many a non-vegan guest with this. They keep in the freezer and can be bought in bulk at Butler Foods. Great stuff!
