You don’t hear me talking about my weight loss these days, do you? That’s because I have gotten fat! Yes, five months ago I was below 200 pounds, but these days I’m tipping the scales at 211. What happened?
Well, the reason my weight went down so low was that I was following the nutritarian lifestyle of eating one big leafy salad a day. During the winter, I’ve been foregoing the salad and chowing down on more calorie laden foods, such as soups, rice, sandwiches, fake meats and more. Also, because of the weather, my motivation level for exercise went out the window.
Time for a reversal of fortune. As spring arrives, I am feeling the energy. I am now running at least three miles three times a week. Also, it’s back to big leafy salads for lunch. Dr. Joel Fuhrman, I am going to make you proud!
