It's been a while since my last recipe! But this is so good it must be documented.
Mix 2 cups vital wheat gluten, 1/2 cup chickpea flour, 1/2 cup nutritional yeast, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 tablespoon basil, 1 tablespoon onion powder
In a new bowl, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 1/2 cup hot water
Mix it well with the dry ingredients. Knead for two minutes.
Slice into 1-inch "steaks!"
In an Instant Pot, or pressure cooker, add a quarter of veggie broth.
I cooked in the broth for 20 on normal high pressure.
Serve with #vegan gravy! Wow.
