Our mix for the dumplings: chives, green pepper, onion and mushroom, tofu, napa cabbage and a teaspoon of vegan butter. Also salt and pepper to taste.
Now, I’ve since sworn off oil, so I would suggest using veggie broth to fry the dumplings instead of canola oil, or just stick with steaming them. Oil is really bad for your body and is nothing but empty calories. Avoid oil at all costs!
